Haven't weighed in....

for a few days. When I don't take my adderall pill, I binge like a mad man. I hate it....

I'm working the next 3 days, so I'm taking the pills. Then Monday morning, I'll check my weight.

New Month

I woke up at 117.4 and had a Godiva chocolate bar with 220 damn calories. I'm debating taking another adderall pill, but if I take it now, I'm bound to be up when the sun rises tomorrow morning. However, I could do all my dirty laundry if I end up taking it...

Mom just called, she's bring me a grilled house salad from zaxby's....yay...

Thursday night was the last time I ate, besides having half a bagel with 2 teaspoons of cream cheese(260) yesterday before my pill kicked in. I don't want to gain all this weight back... I'm not happy being over 125 lbs.


I have to keep my control...
